The number of posts in other threads and the amount of discussion in other places shows that there is great interest in whatever would have been built on the former site of Earl Abel's restaurant. That location was a San Antonio landmark for many years.

What makes you say this about this building being rental? If that were the case it would be the most luxurious rental building in this part of the state. I can't imagine there is not enough $$ and demand in that part of town to handle the 100 or so units. My folks are going to look at it. I think they have some friends that are buying there already.
