Bodybuilding.com is a FANTASTIC site for speedy shipping. They're also great in the event the package is lost or stolen: Easy to talk to customer service people. Friendly.

Anyone who's looking to really pack on lean muscle (legally), search for 'Tren' supplements on BB.com. I've been stacking it into my routine and I've put on 10lbs of muscle in less than 30 days. Awesome stuff. No side-effects so far, but I'll let you know if and when the stroke happens...

I'm currently doing The New Rules of Lifting for Women program and training to run the Rock N' roll Marathon in November.

It's my goal to get in better shape than I was BEFORE having kids!

This is slightly off-topic from the lifting, but I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with those "fast exercise" range of motion machines (http://www.fastexercise.com/). A friend of mine way out in West Texas bought one and raves about it, but he's 6 hours away so I can't go check it out to see if it's really worth $14,000 (not that I could even afford a piece of gym equipment that crazy expensive!). If it's actually a useful/effective machine, I'm wondering whether there is a place in SA where you can use this machine for a fee to try it out. Anyone?

I use bodybuilding.com often. Bob Cicherello (sp?) runs the site.

BN, Tren helped you put on 10 lbs in 30 days? That sounds like something I should check out...I was going back and forth with MuscleTech and BSN...I've used MT before with some success, but really wasn't pushing hard enough to take advantage of it...

Celeste I've seen that machine in different magazines, and always wondered if it was worth the $14000! I wonder if anyone closer to SA has one?!?

I've been following the Precision Nutrition plan for a few weeks and have been getting some getting some great results. For those of you wishing to lose fat but build/maintain muscle....it may be a good option!

Any 'true' lifting gyms around here? Bare floors, lots of metal?

I think Olympic Gym near Fuddrucker's off Broadway is known as a fairly hardcore place.
