Tren is incredible. I'm stacking it with a vaso-dialator, creatine and a new fat loss pill that's just kicking my butt called DREN (made by MHP).

Right now, I'm 6'3" 205. 6% bf. Unfortunately living in the gym about 6 days a week. The supplements help me cheat a bit on the diet. I don't have to eat quite as clean and can have at least one full cheat day a week.

BN are you carb cycling? Just wondering what else you're doing to whittle down the body fat.

Bingo. High, low and no carb days. Works like a charm. Here's a pretty decent article on the process:

Bodybuilding.com - Twin Peak - Carbohydrate Cycling: What You Need To Know!

I'm also supplementing with fat burners (DREN), stairmastering it like mad (which not only burns calories, but is the only cardio machine to BUILD glutes and calf muscle) and working in Bikram yoga when things get boring.

The Stairmaster is my new drug!

I've never shredded the excess like I have been able to since I started "climbing steps" in early Feb.

BN, what program, time length, and level do you use? I've been running level 11 for 40-60 mins depending on how much time I have. My highest floor count to date is 305.

I haven't done stairs in a long time. Sounds like I should jump back on them!

The wife is working to get her TurboKick (aerobics) certification. We lucked out and now we're in constant communication with the top of the Powder Blue Productions group, which is really neat, and motivating...

Red's did close... Olympic Gym is the old school bodybuilder/powerlifters gym in town. Chalk, D=bells to 150lbs, a truck tire in the alley for flipping.

My question is related enough to let me reuse this thread, I think.

I used to buy used weight lifting equipment for my home gym at a place on Austin highway, I went there a few weeks ago and they seem to have changed business plans. Does anyone know a place that sells used weight lifting equipment in San Antonio??
