410 & Blanco (Avery: shop, bus, park)

You know where the James Avery used to be on Blanco near 410. I was driving around there lately and they have completely demolished that whole little strip mall. I saw a sign that said capital one was going up. Does anybody know if anything else is going up or what they're doing to it? That whole area has really changed a lot especially across the street with the North Park.
