Besides Brighton School and the Respite Daycare does anyone know of any other daycares here in San Antonio that take care of kids with special needs specifically a child with quadriplegic cerebral palsy?

Call the United Way at 211 (http://www.unitedwaysatx.org/Pages/Help%20Line%20211.html - broken link). They are a resource referral agency and will likely be able to put you in touch with the right folks.
Good Luck!

My wife did some volunteering with them some years ago. They're a great organization.

Best of luck in your search!

I can personally comment from experience that Brighton is absolutely fantastic and spot on with their personalized care and guidance. My daughter is currently in their speech/behavioral/and occupational therapy programs and has definitely thrived in the past several months since she has been in treatment. The teachers and therapists are caring, sincere, and VERY patient. They have an excellent philosophy and are worth checking out.

Our son attends a special needs day care near Judson High School called Kiddie Round Up. Actually it was Judson ISD who told us about the day care. I am not sure how old your little one is but I would recommend getting a hold of the local school district. They might be able to direct you in the right direction. Also you can get a hold Parent2Parent in Austin. They have been a big help as well.
