Well, the other day I was somewhere in public waiting my turn to make a payment {for what? I refuse to specify, ha}, and the older woman waiting her turn after me started coughing. Nonstop. Annoying? Yes, of course, but sometimes it happens, I understand.

ANYWAY: apparently, she was coming down with a cold {or was she already in the throes of it?}, but what she was doing actually surprised the hell out of me, and I guess actually maybe impressed me: she actually had some tissues in her hands and with every last expectoration she was consistently COVERING HER MOUTH out of consideration for everyone else in the room!

Wow.....seriously, I *rarely* ever see such personal manners pretty much anywhere in this town that I go, I have noticed.....usually what I see is *KOFF!* *KOFF!* *KOFF!* or *ah-CHOO!* *ah-CHOO!* *ah-CHOO!* with NO covering of the mouth at all whatsoever, not even into the crook of one's inner elbow.....

{heh, Kathleen Sebelius }

It's usually pretty bad that exact way inside VIA buses, I have noticed.....maybe carrying-around a surgical mask should be in order for the next time one boards one {I noticed they wear them out in public in Asia}?

That it is what it has been. I hate what it's becoming! Too much growth!

I'll keep on saying it,
Best solution for too much growth is increasing taxes on new construction.
Besides, somebody's going to have to pay for all the infrastructure that is going to have to go with that.
