I guess you're right. I don't know anything about it. Do you have some info or a link?

it took a few minutes to find the meat......but here are the basics from the web site. Still a little vague.....a protest movement, but what is being advocated?? Any solutions? I don't participate in anything until I have a clear picture of the agenda.

Whatever that may be....SA will doubtfully have a weak showing because this falls right in the middle of Fiesta. Everyone will be tapped out of everything....

What is this Tea Party effort all about?

The Tea Party effort is just a small piece of a much larger movement aimed at restoring the basic free-market principles our country was built on. The Constitution, for the most part, is being ignored by our current government and we intend on working together to correct the problem.

The Tea Party effort is a grassroots, collaborative volunteer organization made up of every day American citizens from across the country. We take pride in the fact that we've built a 50 state network of leaders and activists using nothing more than the internet, a few websites and a burning desire to restore freedom.

What was the original Tea party for?
No taxation without representation.
The point is to protest the out of control spending of the federal gov't these days, that will kill the future of our children and the value of the dollar.
Guess y'all are either just being sarcastic or don't follow the news.

Ill be there. You are right they need to better advertise!

I highlighted the point not that it will get anywhere because the MSM are pretty much ignoring the tea party's. Over a million have already participated in them (the tea parties) around the country.
