I'm not a realtor, but I have friends in Ohio that are; one told me that yes, a murder must be specifically revealed.... in a home, not sure about commercial property....

yuckers, far as I'm concerned..... now, I think it's only violent deaths that have to be revealed...
if someone died in their home, to the best of my knowledge, that doesnt have to be revealed.
when we sold our parents' homes, I dont recall having to reveal anything about deaths, and both of our parents died in the home.....

But it's just the thought of it. I get freaked out easily about stuff like that.
I bought a transmission for my Jeep out of a wrecked Jeep in Massachusetts and had it shipped here. Right before it was suppose to ship I called the guy and asked if anyone died in the wreck. He laughed and told me no, but he thought I was silly for even thinking about it.

but keep in mind that there's people with certain beliefs that would never walk in that closet.
I have relatives that practice some form of voodo (They believe in spirits and that they can talk to them)

I bought a transmission for my Jeep out of a wrecked Jeep in Massachusetts and had it shipped here. Right before it was suppose to ship I called the guy and asked if anyone died in the wreck. He laughed and told me no, but he thought I was silly for even thinking about it.
