I'm moving to my new house this weekend and we are pretty excited

Guess what I just found out from our neighbor?
The guy that lived there before us hunged himself in the closet,
I'm guessing it was sometime last summer.
The apartment is in Sunset Canyon in Thousand Oaks, if anybody knows anything about this, just let me know.

I'm only gonna be creeped out if I see something that that shows that he actually hung himself there
Anybody knows where I can get some holy water?

I'm being told that they were supposed to disclose that,
anybody knows anything about that.

I'm not a realtor, but I have friends in Ohio that are; one told me that yes, a murder must be specifically revealed.... in a home, not sure about commercial property....

I dont' know if this is across the board for all states.... I think WCat is a realtor.... not sure thouh..... I think we have other realtors on board here also....

yuckers, far as I'm concerned..... now, I think it's only violent deaths that have to be revealed...
if someone died in their home, to the best of my knowledge, that doesnt have to be revealed.
when we sold our parents' homes, I dont recall having to reveal anything about deaths, and both of our parents died in the home.....

Call me hard-hearted, but who cares? It isn't like they left the body in there. Or the rope he hanged himself with.

But it's just the thought of it. I get freaked out easily about stuff like that. I bought a transmission for my Jeep out of a wrecked Jeep in Massachusetts and had it shipped here. Right before it was suppose to ship I called the guy and asked if anyone died in the wreck. He laughed and told me no, but he thought I was silly for even thinking about it.

It doesn't bother me,
but keep in mind that there's people with certain beliefs that would never walk in that closet.

I have relatives that practice some form of voodo (They believe in spirits and that they can talk to them)
As you can imagine... they wouldn't be very happy.
