I woke up and my belly was saying "Must have Jim's pancakes" "Must have Jim's pancakes NOW!!

Gathered the family and off we went. Son loves those Silver Dollar pancakes. Culebra/1604 location was just getting crowded as we were leaving.

MMmm...Jims. I'm glad others like it. Beats Ihop (except Im really loving Ihop's harvest wheat pancakes lately).

I had to get up early for Seguin this morning and stopped and got some kolaches and blueberry filled donuts from Shipleys...dang hit the spot.

I discovered Patty Lou's today.....it's wedged between 9 Lives Books and Heroes and Fantasies in the Summit shopping center.....tasty sandwiches! But the exciting part is the extensive breakfast menu--all sorts of pancakes and served all day. The next time I'm in the mood for late-in-the-day pancakes, I'm so there. It's a cute little place, too.....go try them out.

Magnolia Pancake Haus, YES! I haven't been to the new location yet, so that tells you how long it's been, but yum. Haven't been to the Egg and I, though.
