Thanks for the DM.....those stairs look great. I think that would be a tough DIY project. That guy lives close to me, so I think I'll give them a call.

My Bassett scratched my laminate. He just wakes up so happy in the morning and does his little dance while I'm putting my shoes on, it's hard to get mad, or stay mad at him. I'm going all tile downstairs eventually, even though I like the look and ease of care of the laminate.....I think he'd really tear wood up. Don't really know, don't really care...I'm not in the market to replace it just yet, but I really love my across the street neighbor's saltillo. It's gorgeous!

Plus it's 12 mm thick and comes with padding already on it. Now the problem is going to be getting my wife to accept this laminate on the stairs instead of the laminate that is on the floor next to the stairs..
and I sent you a DM so you can see what laminate on stairs looks like. I can't post it here.
I would like to see that also please...We have been thinking about the same thing.

Maybe a red or orange or who knows what. I love the floors, though, and the guys did a great job. I'll definitely have them over for the stairs. My only problem is I like these floors a lot more than my living room and I used to really like them..

hmm, they must have some strong claws or something. I know my one chiweenie has seriously sharp claws (the weenie side of her) and my chow's claws hurt when she steps on your toes, but that's mostly because she isn't exactly even close to light..

The Space Station was flying over the volcano Sarychev in Russia last week and was able to get this picture as it was erupting. A very rare photo. This is what will cause the unusual sunsets in the weeks ahead due to sulphuric acid in the atmosphere. Notice the plume going down the side of the volcano. Click on the bar with the exlamation mark and see the image full size.

Yeah, please don't be that guy, RD.

Yes, most Bassetts have very heavy paws, plus he's a 45 pound dog. He gets a lot of exercise so he doesn't even get his nails trimmed anymore, so it's not even something I can blame on the nails. He's just a superfreak in the mornings. I wish I could wake up that happy.

only my chow likes having a leash on and what are the chances of me walking a dog at 6:00 PM here in hell? nada

Chiweenie, Chiweenies, Chihuahua Dachshund Hybrid

mine just happen to be a mix and they were rescues. I would NEVER buy a dog from one of those puppy mills. They are evil people.
