By the way, guns and ammo don't count!

And before all the comments start, that was a joke (just in case you didn't notice the smiley face at the end!)

Sheesh, I've been trying to stockpile money, but that just never works out.....as soon as I get a little pile, the car wakes up and decides it needs an alternator and tires, the house says "Ahem, are you EVER going to fix that _________ ______ ____?, and the kid says, "Mom, I totally forgot...I need 6 billion dollars for school, we're having a _______ and I HAVE to have money, lots of it."

are these the first grandkids? It took a while to get used to that word, but would not trade her for the world. She is the one thing that always makes me smile no matter what. Seems like she was just born a few months ago, but is turning one next month already and she's just starting to walk, which is beyond cute, but I always worry about all the falls. Luckily baby butts are made out of sponge or something.

and stockpiling guns and ammo is a good thing although stockpiling ammo is hard when you constantly go to the range with four people. Speaking of ranges, the Bullet Hole is getting some work done on it starting with the pistol range. The work is supposed to be done tomorrow, but I doubt that will happen with the weather forecast. It's going to be a nice improvement when it's done, though. and my new grip made the .357 Magnum rounds a lot more pleasant. The noise bouncing off the steel roof is still really freaking loud, though.

I accumulate stuff in my office in a disorganized way, not because I'm cheap or possessive, but because I hate filing.

My office never gets as bad as the office in that picture, though. And the home office never gets as bad as the work office because Mrs. Bowie works in there sometimes and she can't stand to be around clutter.
