The vet called and said he made it thru surgery and it is touch and go .

I can pick him up tomorrow afternoon, I'm praying he makes it. It is amazing how much more you realize just how much you love these little guys when something happens to them.

I'm glad I have the weekend off to take care of him. Except, I am going to have 30 teenagers over on Saturday for my daughters party. UGH! It should be interesting.

My bill is $425, I guess it could have been a lot worse.

Thanks, he IS tough but he is just soooooo little. That is what scares me.

My other one is following me around the house. I wonder if he knows that something is up with his buddy.

I'm sure he does. Some of my dogs could care less about others, but some are a real team. The two sisters obviously need each other, but the one girl has also taken up with the tiny chihuahua and they're impossible to break up. They love playing with each other, they usually sleep next to each other, and if you see one, chances are the other one is right next to him/her. I think the chow wouldn't mind if all of the other ones disappeared and never came back. Then again, if you mess with one of them she will protect them.

My parents were dog sitting once and they had called the dog pound about a neighbors dog and the lady from the pound asked them if she could have him. WTF!! I was like NO WAY!! haha

Here is a picture. Notice the baseball is bigger than his head. He is so tiny.
He is fatter than this now. This was right after I got him back from my parents and they have a female who was in heat and he was definitely not thinking about eating.

I can't stop thinking about him

I'm also worried about my dh's condition when he gets the bill

I swear, when it rains it pours. Everything really does happen in threes . I have spent so much money this month that I think I need to get second job

Where were those free turkeys again?

For anyone that has seen Up, did you think it was a movie for kids? I would think it was more for people at least in their late 30's and that have been married for quite a while. It was a very good movie, but I can't see kids really enjoying it. Except for Squirrel! and the voice on the Doberman of course. That kid was pretty cute too.
