Will Oakwood Acres stay put or will developers try to buy the lots? there are a lot of older homes in there, many situated on 1-3 acre lots....right next to the Falls Development

Found the answer to my question here at a competing forum that showed up in a Google search. Since it's a competitor, linking is against the rules, so I'll paraphrase.

This will be a 500,000 sq. ft. development at Blanco and Huebner. Half of the square footage will be devoted to residential with an average of 1200 sq. ft. per unit. It'll include an outdoor amphitheater for outdoor performances and a boutique theater to show movies. The commercial portion of the development will include restaurants with outdoor seating and office-type tenants.
