I dont think it gets any cheaper than that. Some small businesses with copiers actually charge even more than the library.

They do it every few weeks or so, pretty good deal! I like the UPS store for copies and printing, etc - you can even email them docs and they'll have them ready for you when you can come by.

if the color copies are only 3 cents each, why not do that? a color copy of black and white is still black and white.. I doubt you'll beat 3 cents anywhere short of my Best Buy idea

See, I don't know if they would do that, especially since the things I was copying didn't have any color on them. Not to mention, they were showing a sale on colored paper too for 4 cents...ah...too confusing. Just make ALL copies 3 cents and life would be easier!
