Default Scorpion Pest Control

Any advice for a good pest control company that deals with scorpions?

Scorpions are a common household pest in SA, especially around areas of new construction where their habitat has been disrupted.

I use ABC Pest Control and Lawn Service for Houston, Dallas and Austin and surrounding areas and haven't seen any scorpions in my home for years.

We use Circle S Pest Control and haven't seen a single critter in the house. They are well priced and use a plant based pesticide that is non-toxic.

Go to the helath food store and get some Dr. Bronners Peppermint Castile Liquid Soap. Make sure it's peppermint.
This takes care of scorpions, ants and mice.
What you do is get a spray bottle, fill it up with water and put in about a tablespoon of the soap, shake it up and spray it around baseboards, cabinets or wherever you think you are having problems.
If you have pets, it won't hurt the pets. It won't kill anything but it will send them away.
They can't stand the scent of peppermint.

4-5 times a year is the usual package.

We just use the Home Defense and it takes care of everything. Just spray it around the base of the house outside..make sure and get the weep holes if you have brick.

We had an issue with scorpions when we first moved here (new construction) and have had Preventive Pest Control for 2 1/2 years. I haven't seen a single scorpion in 2 years. This company is also good about coming out for anything and won't charge you in between services if you see something outside, in your garage, etc.

I hate scorpions, those suckers are tough and don't die easily even if you stomp on them with your shoes.

We use Apple Pest Control for our pest service and they have been great. They come out every 3 months, spray inbetween visits if you notice anything, seem very knowlegeable. Also, they do our lawn care too, have done an awesome job. I like that they call you to remind you that your service is due and to schedule times. Otherwise, it would slip my mind.
