I'm sure (well, hoping anyway) that the school has been responsible in notifying parents of this, but this is just scary and sick. My son used to walk to school when we lived over there.....granted, he's a he, and this guy attacked a girl, but still. I hope she's OK.

It is pretty awful, I did find it strange thought that the police had a suspect in mind. How?

The school sent a letter home with the students today. Parents got the same message in an email around 4:30 this afternoon. I saw the story on the web around noon.

Between this and the racist video incident on Friday, it's been a rough 4 days for the Churchill community.

Detective work? I'm sure he left clues, DNA, and the girl isn't dead, thank God, so she probably helped with a description.

This is the type of criminal that needs caught asap. They don't stop with the assaults. Poor girl. Her life is forever changed.

Eisenhower MS sent home a letter with a followup email. It appears that NEISD is proactive about warning families of potential dangers, since this is the second or third letter we've received this year warning about creeps around schools.
