I would like to upgrade the stereo system in my 2008 Corvette. And also consider having the windows tinted.

Where in san antonio is a reputable place that KNOWS and understands this particular car? They would almost have to specialize in working with Vettes. Is there such a place in SA?

I'm not too good with taking it to the 20 something yr old kid with a metal ridden face, stretched ears and all sleeved out to work on such a car. Not there is anything wrong with that appearance, it's just that it "typically" doesn't ellicit professionalism.

yea, I've had a LOT of work done by them with my SUV. While they do good work, I'm still not to sure about how they "really" operate. It always seems that there is something "Shady" goin on with those guys.

I've been in the back while they work on stuff and nothing is ever very delicate...

I always feel like I just got ripped off and didn't know it type of thing...

Gus at Custom Sounds on San Pedro. Hes the local Corvette expert but it seems like its hit and miss with those guys. Good luck.

Custom Sounds is your best bet. Many people trust them with their cars more expensive than a 08 vette. And why shouldn't they? They do great work there.

I was also going to say Gus at custom sounds on San pedro...they did my buddies viper and gus is also the owner of a NASTY corvette lol...another recommendation would be Daddy's window tint on Huebner. They did a fantastic job with my tint, and their car A/V installer is very professional from what I've heard. Definitely worth talking to, they run an awesome shop.

Maybe look for Corvette clubs in town? Have you called any of the dealers for their recommendations?
