What I meant is that I am looking for an apartment complex that has a no-pets allowed policy. I am looking for that because that is what I want.

If I could bring my dog with me, believe me, I most certainly would

Thanks for all responses.
sorry, I mis-understood. my condolences.

Could it be The Georgian? That's the place on the NW corner of N New Braunfels & Crownhill.

That's it! Thank you!

For the OP...they do not have a property manager on the premises. There are a number of properties like this that have a "no pets" policy. But you do have to find them through a locator service.

Default The apartment's carpet smells like urine and is covered in fur. Gross.

LOL

Newsflash!
**There are people in the world who do not want to rent an apartment that has been previously soiled by a pet.**

That is what the pet deposit is for: so if there are stains, smells, etc. left behind from a previous tenant, the complex can repair the damage with the funds with the pet deposit.
I have a dog myself and I am vigilant about keeping our apartment clean so we can have our deposits refunded to us and for consideration of the next tenant. Considerate dog owners still exist!
