Thumbs up Wow!!!! Yay!

I LOVE Trader Joes. We shop there almost weekly where
we live currently. We are returning to SA in June of 08
and hope it's built by then.

I see no mention of a new location in Texas, on their website.

In those renderings, I also find it hard to believe a Trader Joes would go in such a large store. They are generally pretty small stores, as they are specialty, not really general grocery... I don't know how they are in CA - but that's how they all are in WA.

The reason it may not be listed is that they might not be open for awhile.

Because the two are in preliminary talks, the developers have sent Trader Joe's the proposal. Tenants for Tacara won't be announced until summer at the earliest.

Building sizes for TJ usually range from 12,000 sq. ft. to 20,000 sq. ft. depending on the location or development.

That building in the rendering is in the 20,000 range.
