Default Hotel Near Airport

I'm flying into SAT for a quick overnight this weekend. Of the business-oriented hotels near the airport (Holiday Inn Express, Courtyard, Hampton Inn, etc.), which one do you recommend?

FWIW, I'm getting in late Friday evening, and then driving to Kerrville the next day.

The cheapest one that has breakfast and a shuttle (or free parking)! Courtyards usually get my business, but if you are sleeping and leaving it really doesn't matter what's nearby right? tripadvisor is great for reviews...

I know you said you are getting in late and driving the next morning. BUT, the riverwalk is a very quick trip from the airport.

Depending on how late is "late", why not head on to the riverwalk and enjoy the sites, a late dinner and some good people watching?

Prices are great right now, especially on hotwire or other sites like that...

I'd enjoy that, but my flight gets in around 10:45. I was only asking for advice to make sure I didn't pick one with major issues due to construction or an odd location, something like that.

Why not try the new Aloft property on Blanco/410? It's considered a 'baby-W' motel and their rates thanks to its recent opening are low.

I stayed at Pear Tree Inn, just across 281 by the airport and I believe I got a pretty good deal.

I also stayed at Crown Plaza hotel, it has a nice lobby and bar downstairs but I thought the rooms were a little crappy for the price.
