The DA's office gets input on sentencing for convictions. Is that the sentence she wanted Emilio to get? Someone should ask. Might as well be someone who's incensed by the sentence.

Actually it's a "him" and he's probably very unpopular tonight. I'm sure our DA didn't want to touch this one! I don't blame her!

.....DWI sentences can be enhanced even if they aren't prosecuted sequentially, First Assistant District Attorney Cliff Herberg previously told the Express-News while discussing the case. He could not be reached for comment Wednesday evening.

Im not surprised at all. Money talks.....so this pos walks.

Ive known other people here in SA get put thru the ringer on first offenses (and rightly so) and I even know someone who spent 4 years in jail on a 3rd DWI.

My cousin was involved in a car accident where he was rear ended by someone else and he ended up being sent to prison cause that person died. He was over the limit though it was determined by the police that the other driver was actually at fault.

None of these people I know had Emilio money (which makes me wonder where he gets his money from??? Aint nobody buying his shizz no more)
