We're getting ready to begin the process of buying a home. We'd love any recommendations for a great Realtor! Also, we're preferring to go with a new home than a previously owned home. I will be working in Alamo Heights and would love a shorter commute...put we can't afford that area! We're looking at a maximum of $250,000 for a home. Any suggestions for nice, safe, new subdivisions that are relatively close to AH? We've been looking at subdivisions on the NW side by I10/1604 and the commute is a little less than 30 minutes. We've lived in this area for 4 yrs before we moved to Houston and are more familiar with it...but we'd love to know what else is out there! Thanks in advance!
