Why not just say you've actually never lived in SA and quit beating around the bush. 6 Flags? It rains a lot? Come on.

No, I think you lived here. And from reading the racist comments you made here and on the Denver board I can tell SA is much better of without you.

I really hope you don't think you'll be rid of Hispanic people in Denver.

We moved from KC Kansas in December (Leavenworth, actually), and LOVE it here. However... I didn't move to a new state as a single parent, without a job, etc...

In Feb 2009 my 27 year old Stepson lost his job here in San Antonio. Nothing could be found in San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Dallas. He found a job in Kansas City, Kansas and moved there in March.

lemonfresh -I agree with you.

It doesn't rain alot here in San Antonio. If Sea World, Fiesta Texas, and Downtown are the best San Antonio has to offer then iRockYourWorld nedds to get out a little more.
I'm not sure how to take the comment about Public Schools being racist. Although our son attended Catholic schools from pre K all through High School I have never heard the public schools are racist.
My wife is from San Antonio and attended public schools until college when she went to Incarnate Word. She has never commented on schools being racist. She has a large family here in San Antonio and again I've never heard that from any of them.

That prison is beautiful. Whenever I would drive by it I would scan the yard to see if I could find Michael Vick mowing the lawn or something.

We moved here in November, and found a three bedroom rental in Converse. There is lots to do here. Alot of outdoorsy stuff, and there are events going on all the time. I don't see how a person could ever be bored here. However, I did not like the public school that we enrolled our girls in. They were only there one week and came home with something different to tell us every day. We are trying to get them into Randolph now... As far as daycares, I need one too. I have a four year old who needs a half day schedule.
