I bought a 12 pack of Pepsi throwback today at Walmart on Mainland/Bandera. I didn't see a display, just one lonely 12 pack mixed with the other Pepsi products. I grabbed it. Which reminds me, it should be cool by now. Gonna go try one

Wonder how it would be with some Seagrams 7. My dd is graduating high school tonight, I need some help from my friends (Jim and Jack).

Tried the Alamo Ranch Target like suggested but they didn't have it, also Valero at 1560/Culebra. Saw a Pepsi guy and he said most gas stations have it. Gosh I need a 12 pack of this thing. I've has sugar coke here and there but not Pepsi since the 80's when we were all thin. Am I crazy or wasn't the world thinner in the 70s, 80s? HFCS to blame? Looking forward to finding some soon.

hehe, I don't think you're TOO crazy... I also notice heavier people drinking diet colas... maybe I'm just noticing them because they're heavy or they're heavy b/c of the diet sodas?? chicken or the egg???

I'm sure it will go great with Jim or Jack. Wow, you're gonna be Hasselhoff'd all weekend, I bet--between the 4-0 and the baby girl graduating.

I tried the Pepsi and I personnally can't really give a good review. I drink diet sodas so it is tough for me to compare. But, my 13 y/o daughter tried it and said it wasn't "sizzly". And she was right, it is kinda "flat".

I think it would go good with Jack, but I'm also a diet drinker and didn't like the taste, which is pretty much the same for any sugar/HFCS drink. It was at the AR Super Target, though, because that's where my 12-pack came from. My daughter got it last night at around 8:30 PM.

I've lost 70 pounds. First step I made was to change from regular to diet drinks. I've not all but eliminated soda because the diet ones with aspartame slow your metabolism. It's the ARSENIC in them. They also use aspartame in chicken and pig food to slow the metabolism of the animals in order to help fatten them up. Sugar of course is just all the calories.

Cutting the calories was the first step, but losing weight is a full lifestyle change.

The best thing I have found is Diet Coke with Splenda. It tastes a little different but once you get used to it, it's extremely good and strangely addictive.
