El Jalisco, hole in the wall on Nacogdoches near Pep Boys. Carne Asada tacos are the best!

Waterstreet on Broadway. Used to like the place but service speed this time was very, very slow. No bread - they shut down the oven. Obvious, the staff wanted to get out of there. Mopping up almost in your face. And we got there an hour before closing. Bad style, IMHO.
Also the rest rooms -
Too bad, it was once a decent restaurant. Also, their web page comment section gives you an error if you don't write a very short message.

Just got back from Cheddars. Have to agree with everyone else on the forum, it is a GREAT place.
A little noisy (there was a screaming kid, not their fault) but other than that wonderful!
DH had the Cajun Catfish grilled (EXCELLENT) and I had the fried shrimp. Sides were good, but the mountain of fried shrimp was also excellent and they make a homemade tarter sauce that was fantastic. I am VERY fussy about my fish, and I would order the grilled cajun catfish in a NY second having tried DH's. Glad he was with me, the shrimp was so huge that he ate 1/2 of my order!
Total bill, $18.70 before tip. We WILL be back for sure!!!
Only complaint is the fact you need to do the 410 to Culebra and then turn around and there is all that construction going on. Wish there was a way to enter from the Military Drive area where the old Academy was.
