Default Whiffletree's

We finally got a great place to eat in Pleasanton. Funny name = GREAT FOOD !!! Fresh seafood and hand-cut steaks. Devine's loss is certainly our gain . You will not be disappointed. S.H. 97 West, Pleasanton.

Acenar- good food in an ear crushing setting with friendly, but completely incompetent service.

Went to Ernesto's Tues for dinner. Mexican seafood with French sauces. I had the baked snapper stuffed with crabmeat, came with broiled shrimp, white race and baked tomato all with "Acapulco" sauce (pineapple, butter, orange liquer, green onions, coconut milk). And the seafood crepes are to die for. Yummmmm. I worry about Ernesto's because there was only one other table in the place. I hope they will be okay. He's been around for many, many years.

I've heard of that place, but was never able to go. Did you get to talk with Ernesto? Was the baked tomato as good as I've heard?

We went to Casa Sol for lunch. Their green enchiladas are incredible.

Just had lemongrass fish on rice noodles and a coconut bubble tea at Big Kahuna just north of San Pedro Park. Love that place!
