layer one: home made dough (italian), spinach, diced mushroom,ground chicken, lemon zest and garlic
layer two: mozzarella & sliced roma tomatoes

We made ourselves little bagel pizzas. We used bagels, split them, and put the toppings we wanted, just like a pizza. Pizza sauce, pepperonis, cheese, etc. Quick and easy dinner when you don't feel like it.
