too bad the stupid thing narcs on me for making an edit. It was awful BTW. I do not feel the slightest bit satisfied and that sucks because that one is almost always awful and I actually like JitB

Candlelight last night. Me: Moroccan chicken, interesting flavor but kinda goopy sauce on the linguine. My date: Grilled caprese sandwich (pesto, tomato & cheese). He said it was good, but he likes anything with pesto on it. Wines weren't very good or interesting. Czech beer was awesome. Skipped dessert in favor of more Czech beer.

At RD's request: Candlelight is located on N. St. Mary's Street catty-corner from Tycoon Flats & El Milagrito. 281 & Mulberry/St. Mary's exit by Trinity Univ.

Hubby, toddler and I just got back from dinner at Ilsong Garden. (which I'm pretty sure I read about here) I was one hell of a meal. I was having some serious kimchi cravings and the kimchi pancake totally hit the spot. The restaurant is on Blanco just south of 410. (across from Dough)

Breakfast tacos Friday at Blanco Cafe on Fredricksburg. They were ok, the tortillas were a little hard and thick. Not a usual stop for me, I prefer my neighborhood places

Great thread, btw
