Ate at Chart House yesterday afternoon. Impeccable service and the food was outstanding. I hadn't eaten at a Chart House since Fertitta bought them, so I was a little worried. Apparently, for no reason! It was absolutely delicious. Expensive--yep, but the views from the Tower of the Americas are worth every penny.

Ditto on Longhorn Cafe. Didn't go today but I go every once in a while for a treat. Always a great place!

Finally tried Grimaldi's Pizza at La Cantera tonight. Pizza and salad were good. The setting was fine... until the unbelievably noisy party of 20 sat down next to us. I can't remember the last time I've eaten in such a noisy restaurant.

Il Sogno. Great food, wine, desert and service. The atmosphere is great and the prices are reasonable.

It seems the one on blanco is the best one.

Is that the restaurant at the Pearl Brewery complex? I would very much like to try it out!

We went to Little Italy, thank you sapphire for that recommendation--best fettucine alfredo I've ever had in my life. No kids menus, but they offer kids' portions so it worked out. The only thing we didn't like were the cannoli..I'm picky about cannoli but to be fair-- theirs was probably the traditional ricotta...but I will definitely get that fettucine again with NO problem! Baked ziti was good too!
