Last night we ate at Thai Hut on Potranco. Kids ordered Spring Rolls, Chicken Pad Thai and Sweet & Sour Chicken, otherhalf ordered Sesame Chicken. They all enjoyed them (tho otherhalf thought the Sesame was a bit too sweet). However, the star of the show was my Red Curry tofu, fixed to medium spicy. It was DIVINE!!! May not have been done "the Thai way"/authentic (I have NO idea if it was or not), but it didn't matter to me. It was flat out DELISH and crave-able!!!

And here is my plate when I finished eating. Guess, I'll have lunch tomorrow (maybe). I almost made myself sick because I ate too much. Don't know if I can handle the same food again
