Santikos Theatres - Summer with Santikos (http://www.santikos.com/summersantikos.html - broken link)

I know some CDers are looking for things to do with their kids this Summer...best thing is this is FREE!!

Also wanted to mention that the Santikos Mayan Theater (Southside) offers first run movies for $4.00 everyday before 1pm.

AWESOME!!! --- thanks for this info --- my kids have seen all the movies listed, but it would still be alot of fun to take them, they love sitting in the theater and we all know kids can watch a movie over and over and over...

also, since it's free, i won't feel bad if our soon-to-be 3yr old acts up and we need to leave...

Ooh! Love the circus! Does anyone know if this is the A group or the B group. The A group is the best one to see, and they alternate it every other year. Either way, you get a great show, but it's just nice to know.....

I didnt realize they had two different groups! We went last yr for "Bellobration" and it was awesome! I dont think we will go again though, its kinda pricey for us. ($12 cotton candy?!? )

Try the Shrine circus--much cheaper--heck, they may even walk up and give you free tickets when you're in line--and a GREAT cause! Not as glitzy as RB, but fun nonetheless.
