Can anyone recommend housing developments on the west, southwest, or northwest side of San Antonio, outside the 1604 Loop.

Good areas, good builders, under $170,000 in suburbia.

Default San Antonio subdivisions
I would like some info on developments on the west, northwest side of Loop 1604 outside the city. Builder recommendations, nice communities, with new homes under $175,000.
