Default Tearing down Sunset Ridge Apts-Alamo Heights

Did anyone go to the zoning meeting having to do with the Sunset Ridge apartments in Alamo Heights? I heard the zoning meeting was held downtown this past week. I'm just curious what came of the meeting. I now live in Colorado but I still own a condo across from the Sunset Ridge apartments so I'm just curious if anyone knows what is going on with it.

The last I heard was that they pretty much had decided to tear them down and build condos or apartments.

Thanks in advance!

the hearing was continued no decesion was made...no formal plans have been submitted to the city for the property so no one is tearing anything down anytime soon. Even though the property is in SA the city of Alamo Heights did request that a traffic survey be done, not just for the around the property but for the entire area of town...probably what will happen is after the zoining is approved because it will be, i'm sure within a couple days the develeper will submit plans and then the owners will tell there leasing staff no to lease longer than "X" amount of time so I say 2-3 yrs away

I believe this would be a picture of said Sunset Ridge apartments.

That is the McNay Museum under expansion, Sunset Ridge would be the complex at the top half of the picture.
