ROFLOL!!! OMGosh, I didn't even notice that!!! OOPS!!!

And actually, we did have a great time. Had a "date" with my 7yo daughter. Jis the 2 of us. Went to her fave stores (Lucky Brand and Claire's) and she got a Strawberries & Creme Frap at Starbucks. One happy little girl. I, unfortunately, came home MUCH more empty handed ~ since I had my eye on several VERY pricey handbags at Neiman's.

I couldn't talk Mrs. Bowie into a trip to La Cantera yesterday, after we finished up some shopping at The Rim. Maybe we'll make a visit someday when the day's high is under 100.

It was positively GLORIOUS at La Cantera today! Yes, it was hot, but with the lack of rain that we've experienced here lately, it was also dry! 100 degree temps with low humidity is FAB in my book!!! The mall was relatively busy and no sweaty people! PERFECT day for shopping!!!

I LOVE La Cantera!!

(tho I do miss the water features )
i know what your talkin' about jules --- we were out in the pool and i told dh it really wasn't that "hot" or atleast it didn't feel like that --- dh said "yeah, it's not that hot, the temp in the car was reading 103, but it's not that hot" --- i said "yeah, but it doesn't seem unbearable"... it just seemed like a different kinda hot today...

Honestly, I prefer la Cantera's set-up much better, and pregnant women are never happy with the weather!
If you need best buy and target, you're not going to La Cantera anyway. Completely different shopping experiences/needs.

Sigaven is on a distinguished road
Do they have misters there? I was in Las Vegas the other week, and it was (almost) as hot as it is here...but boy were those misters a huge relief!
