Rolling Oaks has Macys, Dillards, Sears and JC Penney. To name a few stores, it has a Hallmark store, an American Greetings store, Hot Topic, Hollisters, Spencers, Aeropostale, and a bunch of jewelry stores, included James Avery.

I like this mall because it is the closest one to my house and it is usually not that crowded. The food court is pretty small. There is a Chickfila, a Chinese food place and a pizza place--that is all I can remember besides the pretzel place.

Anything else?

Rolling Oaks Mall leases more retail space - San Antonio Business Journal:

Rolling Oaks Mall has added a new restaurant tenant at the shopping center. Sandwich company Great Wraps has opened a new location in the Food Court.

Meanwhile, two other stores have agreed to relocate and expand their spaces at the mall.

It's odd that the title of the thread is "Questions and Answers..." but the OP didn't ask specific questions. Now that you've gotten answers, villagenorthwest78250, do you have any questions?

Our last visit in the food court was interrupted by two gangsta wannabes getting into a fight trying to impress their girfriends.

I'm hoping that Rolling Oaks doesn't end up like Windsor Park Mall. Some security presence would be welcomed.

I was told that Rolling Oaks Mall has a car rental company. I am trying to get one that is reasonably priced. I am also looking to stay within close proximity to Universal City, TX. Any info would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks

I can't think of a car rental agency at the mall unless it is affiliated with Sears or something like that? (Since they have an automotive department and maybe someone would need to leave their car there?) I know there is an Enterprise in Universal City - not sure if there are any other car rentals there.

You said "looking to stay" near Universal City - does that mean to stay in a hotel or to live there? For hotels, there is a Holiday Inn Express and a Hampton Inn in either Selma or Schertz which is not far from U.C. If you are staying for a while, there is a Value Place that does weekly rates which is on Pat Booker/35 in Live Oak. There is also a La Quinta by Toepperwein/35. There are a few other budget hotels in/near U.C.

You might get better info posting this as its own thread...

Good luck!
