Ok so I am from San Antonio, stationed in Germany, and I am in the USAF currently deployed, and while I have free some time on my hands, I have been working on a design for my next tattoo. I will be devoting most of my left leg to this tat, and I have been planning it and thinking about it for YEARS....anyway, I was hoping someone could link me to w website that had historical San Antonio pictures, Cementville, old downtown pictures, particularly the areas around Broadway and Nacadoches and New Braunfels.....any help is greatly appreciated...

I cannot view pics posted from Photobucket and such, on my govmnt computer so I have to be linked to sites...

Thanks,
Tye

Here is an even better historical postcard site for San Antonio.

TheAlamoCity.com a history of San Antonio in postcards (http://www.thealamocity.com/scripts/iservcgi.exe - broken link)

Default Old Lone Star Brewery and Buckhorn Hall of Horns Gift Shop Doors

I love this thread and the other GBNF San Antonio. I have the doors from the old Lone Star Brewery and Buckhorn Hall of Horns Gift shop that include the gold leaf signs done by Schuler sign Company and am hoping to find a picture of them while they were still at the brewery. Through the GBNF San Antonio forum, I was able to get some history on the doors and know they were done by Schuler Sign Co in 1956 or 57. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
