Does anyone how Cenizo Flats Apartments are?
How about the violence and car-breakins?..I have heard there are many car breakins
Sorry, I dont mean to offend anyone, I am just clearing some doubts.

Where did you "hear" this? Many car break-ins where?

You should really plan a trip here and take a look around. There is no substitute for personally surveying the area. SA is very big...some areas have lower crime than others.

Never heard of Cenizo Flats
