I am new to the area and need to go to UTSA on Saturday. Does anyone know if there is any free street parking around the campus? Thanks.

I don't know of any street parking right near the campus (since I have a parking pass). I do know that you can park in visitor parking on campus for $1 an hour. Here's the parking info for visitors: http://utsa.edu/parking/pdfs/09%20Vi...20Brochure.pdf

Park off-campus and walk in. You can park on Roadrunner at the back (?) entrance, or park at La Cantera, or park at Babcock and 1604. It's not a bad walk, although it's going to be a hot one.

The lot in between Laurel Village and Chapparal Village is free on weekends and you don't need a parking pass. I can't remember the lot number.

It should be free on weekends. Just stop at the attendant drive-up booth and they will direct you.
