Default N. Main Av/Tobin Hill/SAC Memories.. HELP!

We are in need of a bit of corporate knowledge...
Can anyone here remember the name, and any other details, of the businesses that were originally on block of North main and Evergreen that currently is home the Saint and Silver Dollar Saloon? We are in the process of renovating the building, it was built in the early 60's and while not historic, it would be helpful and architecturally interesting to know what was in the building originally. It also may help us with our design for the facade. The building originally had up to 5 separate addresses, we can tell that by the number of utility meters. The address #s are 1416-1430 North Main Ave.

This is what we do know..
1430 North Main ave:
Before the SAINT came the PAPER MOON, then the COPA and then SUNSET BOULEVARD. As far as we can tell before that the building was a theater, originally built as a mainstream movie theater, then it became a porn theater.
Does anyone remember what the name of the theater(s) was/were?

1418 North Main Ave:
Before SILVER DOLLAR SALOON it was a a strip club called WET AND WILD. Before that it was 2 separate addresses. By what we are discovering behind the walls of the Silver Dollar it appears that one of them was some sort of retail space with fancy velvet wallpaper and several types of red carpeting. The other address was some sort of service retail, like a dry cleaner or shoe repair with a service counter in the front and a big work area in the back.

Anyone here know what might have been there? Thanks for your interest!

Hi! I talked to a family friend in his late 50s and he grew up in SA and lived all in that area as well as me and my family.

His stepfather used to work at the gas station Phillips 66 which is NOW the Luther's restaurant across from the Saint.

You had mentioned a possible dry cleaners in that spot where Silver Dollar is....he says if it was ...he believes it was called either Schlatters or Pilgrim's Cleaners.
