Default **Realtors that work with rental properties

Myhubby is from and has family in the S.A. area.
We are thinking of purchasing a residential property as an investment. Ideally and SFH, but maybe a TH or condo if price points necessitate that.
We are going to be in SA for 10 days in August.

I would appreciate it if anyone would DM me with names of realtors that they have worked with and would 110% recommend to people in my situation. I realize that working from a distance requires a high level of trust and ethical standards as we do not have the opportunity to just hop in the car and always check things out.

need someone who is realistic on rental property rates right now in this market - not someone who is going to estimate a high rent for an area.

if this person is you or you know this person, please DM me. Thanks so much!

bluerose927 is on a distinguished road
Hi
I just relocated from Pittsburgh and wanted to rent a house or an upscale apartment. I HIGHLY recommend

Kat Cabello, kat@getamoveon.com

I had to find a place on a short turn around time. She is a licensed real estate agent and works mainly in the rental market.

I had never been to this part of the city before so I had to rely on Kat. We worked mostly by phone/email - her communication was top notch.
She listened to my specific needs (the kind of neighborhood I wanted, price, etc) and came up with a list. She is very knowledgeable about the SA area and after I settle and want to rent or buy a house I will go through her.

She was professional to work with and made sure that I was a good fit with the property. I know she would make sure that your property was a good fit for a renter.

Good luck!

PS Also DMing this but wanted to share with others also.
