Default Last takeout/delivery you had...

Like the "Last restaurant you ate at" thread but, well, I'm sure you get the idea!

Had chicken pad se-ew (a noodle dish) tonite delivered from Tong Thai at a friend's house. Not as good as it used to be, but still very tasty. My buddy's wife had seseme beef and cheese rolls, he had pizza and wings delivered from Pappa Johns! (He doesn't like Asian food)

Picked up a bag of eggrolls from GOLDEN BOWL on Austin Highway last night to go with our homemade stir-fry. Turned out to be the slim, flakey Asian kind instead of the "regular" kind I had in mind, but the kids loved them

We don't pick up too often and pretty much never order in, but the last two memorable experiences:

In March of 2008, just a month after adopting a shy female kitty who found us in a parking lot...I came home from work and opened a bottle of wine. Had a glass and sat outside while chatting on the phone.

Our little kitty jumped onto the counter and was peeking out at me through the window. I got up to look back at her through the window and she got spooked jumping off the counter and knocking over the bottle of wine. It shattered and was all over our white tile floor, the fridge...under the fridge, on the cabinets - red wine and glass everywhere! It was a mess and a hassle keeping 3 cats and our dog away from it.

I called hubby and said - its a pizza night. He picked up a pizza from Luciano and another bottle of wine.

Also, a few years ago we were having the popcorn scraped off of our ceilings. It was just too gross to cook in our kitchen at the time, due to the proximity to the work being done. We ordered in for Sushi Zushi and picked up the order. The young man who helped both over the phone and checkout was so excellent that I wrote an email to the home office.

The last delivery we had was Wok On Wheels. It was pretty good. They delivered in a reasonable amount of time too.
