My son and his wife are in the process of buying there first home. It is a home which the owner inherited and is selling and financing on his own. I would like to find a real estate attorney or a very experienced real estate agent to look over any documents that will be involved in the sale and financing of the property to be sure that all is all on the up and up. The seller has a real estate license but really has no experience in writing real estate contracts so the possibility of things going wrong due to ignorance or malicious intension's exist. I can guide my son and his wife through some of the process but I, in no way, trust myself to wade though all of the legalese that is sure to come. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, we're using David Earl for our real estate lawsuit and he's doing a pretty good job right now. He's off of Huebner.
