Question Moving company recommendations

Can anyone recommend a good moving company in San Antonio? We have looked into the cost per hour and most companies run about the same per man-hour. So the question comes down to which company we can best trust with all our stuff. Any recommendations (or moving companies we should stay away from)?

Note: this is an in-town move, so the company doesn't need to be national.

I've researched quite a few, and I decided on ABF http://www.upack.com. They'll drop off the trailer for you to load, and they'll pick up the trailer when you call them to pick up. It took one week for my trailer to arrive to SA from Las Vegas, NV. You'll need to unload. I used about 18 cubic ft, and I paid approx $1600. I had great experience on my transaction, and they worked with me on the schedule. Hope this helps. Good luck!

I think the best place to go is a site called Uship....it is a site kind of like ebay for shipping. Companies and Independent movers sign up with them and I think they pay a fee...but you don't have to, to list your stuff. You go on the site and put the details of your move...as far as the amount of stuff and locations and then different companies and movers bid to do the move for you. It is great because you can read their feedback and also Uship I believe checks them out. You will get a great deal too. Check out the site: www.uship.com

Good Luck! =]
