Hello All,

I am in need of a good dermatologist. I am looking for someone who is friendly and nice but also a good doctor. Can anyone recommend one to me. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Here are some "reviews" of Dr. John Gonzalez in case you are interested:

You should also look through ratemds.com for user reviews on other local dermatologists.

My experience with Dr. Gonzalez was and is fabulous. I am heavily freckled/moled and he's very thorough. He doesn't waste his or my time/money making me come back "next time" for a biopsy...if it needs to be done he gets after it.

xsa201tx is there some problem you have with Dr. Gonzalez?

I've gone to both Dr. Scott Duncan and Dr. Samuel Adelman. Both are really good doctors and friendly.

NOPE. I just think online reviews of mds are very important to consider, if it all possible, because you are putting your health and money into their hands.

I have been taking my daughter to Catherine Tisdall in Helotes. She is in a practice with two other dermatologists (Stephen Miller is one of them) and they have other locations. I really like her and we have never had a long wait to get an appointment or when we go in for appointments.
