We have had the same thing going on, last night and tonight. It has been the other channels also not just KSAT.

My cable is doing the same thing....last night I thought it might be because of rain, but tonight? I'm in the upper channels....HBO, Showtime.....they're really bad.

Same going on here, and on different channels. My DH seems to think the rain had something to do with it as well.

Apparently Time Warner is aware as DH just called and got a recorded message mentioning the pixalation of the picture and their Technical Engineers are working on the problem LOL.

I signed up for the Surf 'n View today and picked up my box. I hooked up everything, but it seems some channels are missing. By missing, I mean that my TV just goes blank. Some are on the basic channels, some are on the upper channels and I don't get any of the free HD channels. I have the box hooked up to an HD TV, so I was wondering if it takes awhile for TWC to authorize the other channels. I already tried the unplug/plug trick.

BTW: I was seeing pixel problems before and after getting the box.

Even my DVR'd shows are pixelating. That is weird! Switched over to the antenna tonight.

Glad to know that the problems with KSAT aren't just with my connection.

I had that problem with missing channels when I first got my box a couple of months ago. It was fixed during a service call which discovered a problem with the outside wiring. You'll have to do some hoop-jumping with customer service before they'll send a truck out.
