I can tell you that our daughter went thru almost an entire year of "interviewing" and testing before she was hired. They are very tough, but very fair. The GREAT news is they promote from within, and recognize talent when they see it. She has been blessed to be doing very well with them, but she works very hard at being someone they are happy to have as part of the team. She loves her job, the people, the product. They are lucky to have her, and she is grateful to have them.

Default Toyota announces hiring plans....

Toyota's San Antonio plant is scheduled to hire 850 workers by the end of the year and will return production to full swing in February, plant officials said Friday.
For the first time since the Japanese automaker announced it would build Tacoma pickups in San Antonio, local plant officials released details on projected new employment figures, production schedules and an anticipated date of when the first Tacoma would roll off a revamped line at the factory.

14,000 applications for 850 jobs!! Holy ****! Do these jobs pay anything decent...or is it just that folks need the work, any work?
