Plato's Closet San Antonio North Star Location

The store opened July 21st to buy clothes if you have any gently wore name brand apparel to sale!

Hmm, per their address, it looks like they're in Park North and not North Star Mall.

I have to admit, when I saw the name of this store in the thread title I guessed it was connected to Plato's Retreat. I guess the folks who named it either didn't know about that place or were counting on that name not being widely known.

We are located on San Pedro Ave. across from North Star Mall, in Park North Plaza, next to Target.
Why do they call it a North Star location if they're located across the street at Park North?

Because it's in the general area of North Star Mall? I honestly think of all that San Pedro/410 area as North Star Mall and it looks like I'm not the only one.

I find that very confusing. IF I were going to look for this store, I would have gone to NSM and parked and gone in and looked at the directory or walked around and when I didn't find it, either give up, assume it closed or never opened or would have been irritated finding out I wasted all that time in this heat to find out it is really at PARK NORTH. ugh...I'm tired already.

I think some people are trying to use NSM as a landmark, but they really need to say OLD CENTRAL PARK location to be more clear if they think PARK NORTH isn't known well enough. Fighting the traffic from NSM just to get to the OTHER side of San Pedro is even exhausting.

But..in saying all this, I'm not a shopper, so giving up is not hard to do for me. Too many great things to do than buy stuff. I'd rather sell it!
