Anytime Fitness or Fitness 19
I live near Alamo Ranch, and both are close by. Which would you recommend? Thanks!

Thanks guys. I answered my own question and then couldn't delete the post. I think I am going to go with Fitness 19.

Fitness 19 is much less expensive but I'm sure for that reason it's more crowded.
Just depends on what you're looking for. They both have very similar facilities.

both of them suck! we need a lifetime or a 24 hour fitness in our area, I dont really care about the equipment, but an indoor swiming pool, Saunas and steam rooms would be nice. I'd put all those in the house, but my parents will freak! I cant wait 'till I buy my 10 acres out by medina, and build me a nice house, with all those amnities. and a decent sised shop right next to it.

My husband and I both had Anytime fitness memberships and it was great being able to use the tanning salon with it was nice...the gym.. however did have a funk smell to it. I would smell it on myself even after i left the place and showered.

We belong to Fitness 19 on Huebner. If yours is anything like ours, be advised that it's about 80 degrees in there at all times and quite humid. Not really ideal for working out. You start sweating when you walk in the door. Otherwise, it's fine.

Anyone know anything about the one on Potranco? Hubby and I are looking to join a gym...don't want to fight the crowds in the base gyms, and since this one is so close to home...
