Would like to take some friends out to a nice restaurant but since I am paying I do not want to pay too much. Maybe 30.00 per person ...Friday or Saturday night.

Any suggestions...?

That would be an option, I have been reading the threads but with all the new restaurants I just thought someone might know of one that fit the price request.

Our family does not go out much and being on a budget I wanted to stick with the price, hence the reason to post a new thread.

ALL the places I frequent are under $30 a person!
I love to recommend places, but like the other poster said, to get a good suggestion you really should give more info, such as

kids (how old) or no kids
will you want wine or cocktails
what is your definition of "nice"
casual, really casual or "fancy"

I love Paesano's on the Riverwalk.

Liberty Bar is always great.

Grimaldi's is upscale pizza, and yummy.

Rosario's is really good but loud.

Acenar...mmm!

Azuca in Southtown.

That's just off the top of my head. If you google any of those you can find more information - location, menus, etc.

Fralo's - patio dining, awesome pizza and you can bring your own bottle of wine/beer.

J alexanders in the Quarry, has classic contemporary american. It would be at the top of your price limit, but is well worth it.
