Just wondering if anyone knew anything about the weightloss program at Dr. Rogers Wellness/Weightloss medi spa? They are located at Redland Rd and 1604.

As a casual observation...

From the looks of her website, it looks a lot like what Jenny Craig or Nutrisystem would offer: Pre-measured meals that starve you a bit to drop the weight off. The good Doctor also seems to offer surgical alternatives for those looking for more invasive measures.

As with anything you're putting into your body, BUYER BEWARE. I'd scour the BBB websites for San Antonio, as well as RipOffReport (google it!).

be wary, Now I don't know anything about this Doctor, she may be awesome.... But as a personal trainer my recipe for weight loss is good old fashioned clean eating and effective exercise. Not fun to hear, but the truth.
